Calendario Bilancia
by Danese
Designer: Enzo Mari
Calendario bilancia is a wall calendar that underlines the passing of time by methodically and mechanically changing the date each and every day. It consists of a central wooden pivot where four wooden lists of different woods run horizontally, each representing days, numbers, and months. The structure plays on the balance of the small rods and reverses the typology of the function of a scale by assigning it the function of a calendar. The slats are made of different types of wood: walnut, basswood, steamed beech, maple, mahogany. Available in the following languages: Italian, English.
