BROWSING

From the homepage of the site www.biagettidesignclub.com you can start viewing the available products by clicking on the areas Promotions, Products, Environments, Collectible Design or by clicking the links to the "Brand" or "Designer" pages in the footer of the website. Alternatively you can use the text search tool in the top right-hand corner of the page.

CHOOSING

Have you found a product of interest? Just click on the photo to access the "product page", where you will find all the useful information to help you make your choice (product name, designer, manufacturer, category, description, size, price, sale price if applicable). Click on the four arrows located at the top right-hand corner of the photo to enlarge the product image. To proceed with the purchase click on the "add to cart" button. Remember: putting a product in your cart does not mean reserving or buying it.

BUYING

To make your purchase, go into your "cart" and click on the "CHECKOUT" button. You will then be able to enter your personal data (name, surname, address, city, province, postcode, telephone number) necessary for shipping and for issuing the payment receipt. You can choose whether to personally collect your order at the biagettidesignclub.com gallery (located in Via Caprera, 40 - 48100 Ravenna) at no cost or to have the product delivered directly to your home. The shipping costs are at your expense and are calculated automatically during the compilation of the order. For more info on shipping costs, see the "Shipping" section. You can choose between the following payment methods: credit card (on the secure Shopify Payments or Paypal® server); via your PayPal® account or prepaid card, via bank transfer or in 3 installments with Klarna. For more info on payment methods, see the "Payments and refunds" section. At the end of the payment procedure, a message will appear in which we inform you that the order has been sent correctly and the identification number assigned to it. At the same time you will be sent an e-mail with the summary of your order / purchase.
