Shipping and delivery costs are at the expense of you the Client. The products purchased on can be delivered by express courier, specialised carriers or staff of Biagetti S.r.l. ( only on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) throughout Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City) and in the countries belonging to the European Union (EU) as well as Switzerland.

You can choose between one of the following delivery options:

(a) Collection from Biagetti Design Club in Via Caprera 40 - 48123 Ravenna (RA). When completing the purchase order, you can select the "collection at the point of sale" mode, zeroing the cost of transport and delivery. The products will be released to the person indicated in the purchase order, on presentation of the printed order confirmation sent by e-mail;

(b) "standard delivery": by courier, specialised transporter or Biagetti staff. This service includes delivery exclusively to street level, in front of the house number indicated in the order form as long as it is accessible to means of transport. The service does not include transportation of Products inside the home / office, assembly or disposal of the packaging. The cost is calculated automatically when filling out the electronic order based on weight, volume and destination.

The Products are delivered by express courier within 5 working days in Italy and within 10 working days in Europe. These delivery times are calculated from the day following receipt of payment (to learn more about payment times, see the "Payments and Refunds" section) and are based on the availability of the Products in stock. The availability times of each Product are indicated in the product page of the item at the moment of the order. The standard shipping times or shipping by specialised courier indicated above must be added to these, based on the destination and volume of the order. The shipping term for an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longer shipping term of the items in the order.
For example, a product not in stock, with availability equal to 2-3 weeks, will be available in logistics within a maximum of 3 weeks from the order confirmation. From the arrival of the goods in the warehouse, the standard shipping times will be calculated with delivery within 5 working days for Italy, 10 working days in Europe.
The shipping term of an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longer shipping term of the items in the order. Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or indemnities of any kind.


Upon receipt of the goods it is important to:

1. check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the transport document (hereinafter "DDT");
2. check the conditions of the packaging and the products contained therein. If the packaging arrives conspicuously damaged, before signing the delivery document, you must write "accepted with reserve - damaged packaging." in the appropriate space. For more information see the "Returns" section;
3. in the case of standard delivery, for heavy and bulky products (for example: sofas, beds, armchairs, storage units) the Client should be present with at least one other person.
